Welcome back to the school year, sports, and busy schedules. There are many nights as a mom that I feel like just grabbing dinner out because it’s easier. It’s therapy for me to cook a meal though, so I do it anyways. I challenge you to cook at least 2 homecooked meals this week. Think of the money you are saving, maybe even take that money and put towards a vacation. Involve the kids, cook while they’re doing their homework or relaxing at the end of the day.
This week I’m going to try for two meals home cooked–but I know my hubs will be busy this week so it might not even be fathomable. Basically, I don’t cook for one and a half. It’s just a waste of time and to be honest my hips hurt to bad for it. So this week I’m going to leave you with three breakfast ideas that are quick and easy for you or the kiddos!
