Menu Plan Monday

M– Hawaiian Chicken and Pineapple T– Skillet Pork Chops with Peaches (Plated)
W– Mom’s Night Out R– Babysitter Swap
F– Steak Tostada’s with Peach Shortcakes
We are finally back from vacation(s). I’m pretty sure I traveled way more this summer then the past couple years. I am so glad to be home and get back to my regular scheduled activities. We have swim class starting this week for my little fish, and I have a 20 week sono (half way there!). There is a fun Mom’s Night Out planned for dinner and busy bags (my busy bag will be on the blog this week!) It will be a very busy week ending the week with a birthday party on Saturday and a Bridal Shower on Sunday. We are ready for a staycation for the rest of the weeks leading up to school starting for the little guy.

Tuesday and Friday are dishes that I found that are similar to the ones I was sent via Plated. I have tried other services like Plated and was not happy with the food I was sent. I am loving Plated–if you want to give it a try follow this link for a free dinner for two.

What are your plans for the week?

A little story behind this picture. 📸 I asked m A little story behind this picture. 📸 I asked my son to take a picture of me and my daughter, he took ONE picture. When I asked him why he only took one picture he said well you said “A picture” and plus you look happy in this one. 💓 I am almost one year postpartum, when I saw the picture I quickly was disgusted with my deflated boobs, and just overall didn’t like it. After his comment though, my thoughts changed. I just had fun playing in the pool with the kids, and the deflated boobs I saw—they provided for my three sweet babies. My life changed when I had this sweet girl, I can’t explain it—but I want her to love her body. I want her to like the picture that her brother took because she looked happy. It’s so important that we teach our children to love themselves the way they were made. 💓
