This week I am trying to focus on healthier meals. My husband is starting back up with the personal trainer, and I am going to try to get my rear in gear this week by doing some type of exercise. I had to add the tacos from last week to the menu again, they were just too delicious not to make again. I highly recommend you make them this week! I am also really excited about the Cauliflower Fettuccine Alfredo. I love cauliflower and I’m not quite sure why I haven’t made this yet.
