While I am away it is always hard to meal plan, we generally stay with family when we visit them…and if we go on a trip alone we generally just eat out. I do always tend to plan breakfast in a way and sometimes lunch. When we stay with family I usually pick up my favorite yogurt from the closest grocery store, some cereal, granola, and bananas and call it breakfast for the week. When we take a beach trip, I always get the essentials…bread, lunch meat, chips, fruit, and water. There is so much more planning you can do while on vacation though…crockpot, grilling, one pot pasta dishes. I have compiled a list of helpful resources when menu planning while on vacation.
