My Hubby will be in and out of town this week, which means I am not quite sure what nights to really plan for. We have been blessed this far into Bennett’s 8 months that he really hasn’t had to go out of town that much. I am starting to string together that this is the busy season for his work, as he is always out of town this part of the year. That leaves me to fend for myself as far as dinner goes. Just pray I don’t decide Mac N Cheese is the answer every night! Side note: I had soup from Publix last night with my sub, it was actually really good and helped me feel a little bit better. Since I caught an ear infection and something else from Bennett last week.
My go to breakfast when I work the next day is always overnight oats. I kinda sorta cheat when I make mine, and instead of using almond milk or any other goodness that goes in the wonderful recipes below…I just throw my yogurt, chia seeds, and steel cut oats in a bowl and call it a day, by morning the oats have soaked up the yogurt!
