Finally Friday!

It’s time for another edition of Finally Friday! Check out the blogs I have linked up with below.

Follow Brittany’s board Holiday- Easter on Pinterest.

I’m excited for Bennett’s first easter this weekend! He has the cutest little outfit to wear, and I can’t wait to share it with you all. We will go to church on Saturday night with both of our families, and then have Sunday Lunch(ish) with them. I bought him just a teeny Easter basket this year from the Dollar Spot at Target, and have a few things to throw in it. I do feel a little guilty that I didn’t get his pictures done with the Easter bunny. So if we can please not talk about that, that would be great.

Bennett slept through the night on Monday night. No, I did not freak out…I just continued to sleep. Mama, needed that, or it could be that the above happened! Either way, I–I mean Bennett slept!

Munchkins and Moms

I’m really hoping to do some finger painting this weekend with Bennett at some point. He loves being outside, so I think I will lay down some old gift wrap and let him go to town! Above is a link to some edible finger paint.

Happy Hooligans
If you need a dessert for Easter–or even just for yourself family night dinner. You have got to try this. It’s absolutely delicious and will not disappoint!

I know it’s probably not a big deal, but we started chicken and turkey this week with Bennett! I took 2 chicken breasts boiled them on the stove on Sunday, and took a pound of ground turkey and put it in the oven for I believe 30 minutes. I then just took it and blended those babies up! The chicken didn’t get as pureed as he would like it so I just use the magic bullet to make it a little more textured and not chunky.

What you missed this week:
Sunday- Liebster Award
Monday- Menu Plan Monday
Wednesday- #twss inspiration

Next time you get ready to potty train don’t let Next time you get ready to potty train don’t let ANYONE tell you that one gender is easier than the other. Kids are kids and they each have their own personality. My daughter is very much into doing things herself without help—so potty training had to be done by her not the experts (myself). I used the same potty training technique that I used with the boys, and it did take a bit longer for her to get it—but that’s because she took what I told her to do and did her own thing. 🤣 The next big step? Moving to a big girl bed. I’m not ready. 😭
Ok smoothie, ice cream—it’s all the same thing Ok smoothie, ice cream—it’s all the same thing. Elevate your @corepower drink by using the @ninjakitchen Creami. To prep my ice cream I pour my drink into the container the night before with some bananas. The next morning it’s ready, I mix it twice on lite ice cream. If it seems like it’s not mixing well just add a splash of milk. I typically like to add Lilly’s Chocolate Chips, but they were missing so I found the marshmallows and said whatever and threw some in. I then mixed it on “mix in” and it seriously tastes like a frosty. It is delicious!
