Pretzel Kisses

What you’ll need:
  • Butter Snap Pretzels
  • Hershey Kisses (The recipe calls for Hugs, but I used plain chocolate kisses—my Target doesn’t carry Hugs)
  • Valentine M&Ms

Directions:
Preheat oven to 200°.

Place Pretzels on a cookie sheet and top with a kiss.

Bake for 4-5 minutes until the chocolate is shiny and soft (but NOT melting – they should still hold their shape).

Carefully place an M&M in the center of each kiss and press it down to spread the chocolate. (You will get chocolate on your fingers, it is inevitable…if you figure out a way to do this without getting it on your fingers, do tell!)

They take forever to cool, so you want to make sure to put the cookie sheet directly in the fridge without trying to take them off first. (I had to eat get rid of the ones that got really messed up while in the process of moving the ones that weren’t cool yet.)

I then stored them in a Ziploc bag in the fridge!

A little story behind this picture. 📸 I asked m A little story behind this picture. 📸 I asked my son to take a picture of me and my daughter, he took ONE picture. When I asked him why he only took one picture he said well you said “A picture” and plus you look happy in this one. 💓 I am almost one year postpartum, when I saw the picture I quickly was disgusted with my deflated boobs, and just overall didn’t like it. After his comment though, my thoughts changed. I just had fun playing in the pool with the kids, and the deflated boobs I saw—they provided for my three sweet babies. My life changed when I had this sweet girl, I can’t explain it—but I want her to love her body. I want her to like the picture that her brother took because she looked happy. It’s so important that we teach our children to love themselves the way they were made. 💓
