Menu Plan Monday::Low Calorie Edition



I love cooking, and I love the taste of food. My hips, butt, and thighs not so much. With the warm weather this weekend it reminded me that I will want to go to the beach and enjoy wearing a bikini. The thought of getting in a bikini right now just terrifies me, LITERALLY. Well, besides swim class but I for some reason don't fell self conscious there!

This week I have chosen some low calorie recipes, to try and share with you. I haven't had any of these, so I am excited to try something new! I am also on the search for some evening treats that are low calorie as well, so if you know of any...please share!

Monday- Skinny Mini Caprese Pizza
Tuesday- One Pot Zucchini Mushroom Pasta
Wednesday-Slow Cooker Pepperoni and Chicken
Thursday- Skinny Sweet and Sour Chicken
Friday- Date Night
Saturday- Church 
Sunday- Kiev Chicken

  2. The thought of a bikini today also terrifies me lol I tried on my favorite shorts and skirt today and it really helped me to clean up my act ;) Your menu looks tasty, I hope you have a great week! :)
